Dr. Dec received a BA from Columbia University, attended New York University School of Medicine, and trained in Plastic Surgery at the NYU Institute for Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.

After completing a fellowship in Microsurgery at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Dec joined the faculty at Lenox Hill Hospital.

   

Dr. Dec’s clinical practice consists of pediatric and adult reconstructive surgery, as well as, aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.
